De LEGO® Velociraptor ontsnapping set (76957) is een spannende toevoeging aan de LEGO Jurassic World collectie. Met deze set kunnen kinderen hun eigen avonturen bedenken en naspelen, geïnspireerd op de populaire Jurassic World films.

Weird Play-Set. Avid JP fan, and expert Lego builder here – fully recognize this set was not designed with me in mind 🙂 However, it’s strange for the JP franchise to be marketed to a 4+ child by way of an introductory Lego set… Truthfully, I bought this so I could get a mini-fig of Muldoon (I do love the detail of those iconic shorts lol), as well as a second Velociraptor. But, this set has significantly less pieces than the $20 Dilophosaurus set, so it seems very money-grab-y, targeted to parents who want to give their children a basic and uncomplicated set. Also, the small pseudo-explorer vehicle is strange. Really wish we could have gotten a full raptor enclosure set, or at least the emergency bunker!

Great Scene but Expensive. For a 4+ set, this is following The LEGO Groups new trend; $39.99 for a 4+ set, similar to the Star Wars AT-ST.
I believe this is because of the larger pieces, intentional for younger children, along with the Dino being included.
This is a great scene to be recreated in LEGO, although I think LEGO could have chosen a different set for the 4+ line and put more detail into this.
Great set, nonetheless, but not worth the $39.99 MSRP price tag.

I really hate this *set*. As a classic JP enthusiast I was incredibly excited for these sets to be released, I did purchase all 5 of them as its a theme and like to collect them (will be leaving reviews for them as well.

Overall, and Im quoting my least favorite Jurassic park film here “The men who made this place did the worst possible thing with the best intentions”…really what is this Lego. You had the audacity to charge $40 for this set which is a 4+ set (Also why is this 4+ when you have plenty of failure sets from jurassic world that can be built by young children)? You could have charged $100 and given us a fully constructed raptor pen…or even given us half of the pen with a busted fence like the movie and the front part of the security bunker with a wounded Malcom minifigure laid out on the table which is iconic in and of itself. This is the 30th anniversary and you really looked at this and said “yeah this is definitely what the people want”. Do better please
