You can go wrong with LEGOS. I have so much fun building Moana’s Wayfinding Boat. Love the colors and the size. Nothing to bug, but plenty to play play and display without occupying to much space. It was divided in three packages with plenty of detail instructions.
Mother of 5 –
Hours of fun. My darling daughter just can’t get enough of the fun she has when she is playing with her Moana’s Wayfinding Boat. She loved rearranging the pieces to make different looking shapes and designs. We keep the Lego pieces in a zip lock bag where she can travel easy with them. I would suggest keeping an eye during play time and clean up just to be sure that all of the pieces are put back. Other than that, my daughter loves playing with hers.

Beautiful build ruined by minifig selection. This set is such a wasted opportunity.
I understand this is supposed to represent the boat from the final scene but it contains elements of the cave scene with gramma Tala (drums and torches), so why not include her (instead of the mother) as she plays a more important role in the movie and is more directly related to this build?
Moreover, what’s the deal with the dolphin? Where is the pet pig and/or rooster? Or even Maui (eagle)?
Finally, why are Moana’s eyes so much larger now? It doesn’t look very good.
Waited a long time for a new Moana set but this completely misses the mark. Sad.
