I like. The building process can only be understood by people who like Lego, and I enjoy every Lego product. I also hope to visit a Lego production factory one day. . .
Because it was purchased before Easter, I got a free bunny 🐰, I am very happy.

“Whiplash”. I really enjoyed this set. Very straight forward with assembly. I like how all the players were broken down into bags. It was bigger then expected when I finished. You can hear or imagine what the music would be like. All and all, a great build. I hope to see more of these in the future.

Best Ideas Set of 2022 (so far). LEGO Ideas is my favorite theme. While I don’t own every Ideas set ever produced, I do have nearly all of the sets released in the past 2-3 years. I thoroughly enjoyed building this set and it will make an impressive display piece.
While building the set, I kept thinking to myself: I can’t believe this is only $100 US. Because it’s a non-licensed set, you get a high piece count (1,606 pieces) without paying a premium. The set includes a folder/folio that contains five different instruction booklets. I built this set in one day and split it up by the musicians included. I probably most enjoyed building the piano, as I have 21323 Grand Piano and wondered how it would work on a much smaller scale. The figure playing the piano reminded me a little of Nina Simone, so I ended up listening to Nina while I built this set!
I did make one modification in how the two biggest sections of the stage fit together. I used six leftover connectors from a LEGO Art set to secure the stage together instead of the four connectors that came with the set that might support the stage better while moving it, but slides apart a little too easily.
This set is delightful and a joy to assemble! It’s my favorite Ideas set of 2022 so far, although the Motorized Lighthouse might take that honor if it’s released before the end of the year. One tip: if you don’t like the thumb-tab opening design of the box, try opening it carefully with a letter opener like I did. I can’t believe I didn’t think of this sooner and it leaves the box in much better shape than trying to puncture it open with your thumb or another finger.
